Need help with TickMeOff? Check the tips below first — most issues can be resolved quickly.

Before you write

iCloud Sync issues? Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled in your System Settings and that you have enough space. Sometimes a simple restart of the app triggers the sync.

📂

Vault not found? TickMeOff uses a folder as a vault. If you moved or renamed the folder on your Mac/iPhone, you might need to re-select it in the app settings.
