Transloaded Pro — Privacy Policy

Transloaded Pro does not collect, store, or share any information with the developer or any third parties.

Apple Translation (default mode): Translations run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Translation framework. No text or files leave your Mac. Language packs are downloaded directly from Apple on first use; after that, everything works fully offline.

LLM mode (local models): When using a local server such as LM Studio or Ollama, your text is sent only to that server running on your own machine. Nothing leaves your Mac.

LLM mode (cloud APIs): When you configure a cloud API endpoint (such as OpenAI or Anthropic), the text you submit for translation is sent to that provider's servers. This is governed by the privacy policy of the provider you choose. The developer of Transloaded Pro has no access to this data.
