JourDo — Privacy Policy

JourDo does not collect, store, or share any information with the developer or any third parties. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. The app contains no third-party SDKs.

Your data stays on your devices. Days, activities, sessions, timed runs, journal notes, photos, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. None of it is ever sent to a server run by the developer — there is no such server.

iCloud sync. If you are signed in to iCloud, JourDo syncs your data between your own devices through Apple's CloudKit, in your private iCloud database. That data is governed by Apple's privacy policy, and the developer has no access to it at any point. If you are not signed in to iCloud, the app simply keeps everything on the device.

Photos. Only the pictures you explicitly pick are copied into your journal. JourDo does not scan or read your photo library beyond what you select.

Apple Health. On iPhone, JourDo can import workouts you have already tracked, so a ride or a row doesn't have to be typed in twice. This is read-only and only happens after you grant permission in Health; the imported data is treated like any other entry in the app, and nothing is ever written back to Health.

Notifications and Live Activities are generated locally by the app. No notification content or usage data leaves your device.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact me through the Support page.
